These booking conditions
are intended to make everyones stay with us as pleasant as possible, thank you.
Booking
For private bookings a deposit of the first nights charges plus 50% of the remainder of
the stay is required, (in certain cases a credit card number may be taken, this will only be charged if a cancellation
is made) along with the full name and address of the occupant(s) of each room booked. The balance becomes due on arrival
at the hotel.
For corporate bookings confirmation or credit card details will be required in the event of less
than 48 hrs notice or no show the full amount may be charged.
For internet bookings the entire stay
may be charged for 'best available rate' and is non refundable.
Cancellation
In
the event of less than 48hrs notice being given the full amount will become payable. For internet bookings no refund will
be made.
Damage to hotel property
Whilst we appreciate that accidents happen, we ask that all damage be
reported immediately. Where the damage is severe you may be required to pay all or part of the repair/replacement cost. Unreported
damage/removal of hotel property without permission may be charged to the credit card used to secure the booking.
Fire
To help prevent fire, please ensure that all electrical appliances and lights are switched off when
rooms are unoccupied. Naked flames and smoking are strictly prohibited.
Takeaways
The eating
of takeaways within the building is not permitted
Arrival/departure
Check-in is between 2pm and 9pm
(late check-in by arrangement only)
Checkout is 10am
(a
further days charges may be made for late checkout)
Early
check-ins are subject to availability/our discretion and will be chargeable.
For the comfort and safety of other
guests we reserve the right to refuse admission to/request the immediate departure of,without refund, any person behaving
in an unreasonable manner or who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
